TYPE OF MEMBERS<\/h2>\n

  • Full members may be Banks and credit institutions, investment firms, including fund and asset management companies, investment managers and investment advisers, operating as issuers, distributors or market participants in the structured products market and Market operators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Associate members can be Banks and credit institutions, investment firms, including fund and asset management companies, investment managers and investment advisors, operating as issuers, distributors or participants in the structured products market, independent auditors, legal advisors, other consultants and service providers offering specialized services to the structured products industry in Luxembourg, not-for-profit associations representing the interests of financial market participants, academic and research institutions and any other entity or individual whose membership as an associate member is considered to be conducive to the achievement of the missions and objectives of the Association.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      MEMBER APPLICATION<\/h2>\n

      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n[vc_column_text]The Association is open for both full and associate members. A written application to the LUXSIPA Board of Directors will ignite the process for admission. Entities eligible for admission as members – full or associate members – must declare, in order to apply, that they undertake to comply with the LUXSIPA Statutes and the rules of the Association’s internal regulations.
