LUXSIPA is working to publish data on the sale and trade of structured products to investors in Luxembourg. The commercial entities submitting data to the report comprises would be LUXSIPA members. The reported categories would be Turnover and number of products launched as well as the outstanding volume in Euro.

• Coordinator: Luxembourg Stock Exchange
• Frequency: Semi-annually
• Publication: LuxSIPA Website + ad hoc sharing with relevant partners (EUSIPA, ABBL, CSSF, other Luxembourg financial market associations, the press, etc.)
• Instruments: All financial securities with a structuring element (this would exclude unsecuritized derivatives, securitizations (i.e. ABS, MBS, CDOs), and non-structured securities (i.e. plain vanilla stocks and non-PRIIPs bonds)
• Categorization: EUSIPA Classification
• Scope: All statistics from private bank members + additional products from investment bank members that were closed with non-members in Luxembourg market (‘residual products’).
• Data : Number and nominal of issued products, Number and nominal of outstanding products
